On 30 July 2025, an online meeting was held to conclude the project ‘Insight – Independence – Initiative: Transversal Entrepreneurship Skills Training Project’. This meeting concluded twelve months of partnership work on transversal entrepreneurial skills education in vocational training contexts.
The partners reviewed project deliverables including the 3I Framework development, which organizes entrepreneurial competencies into three dimensions: Insight development, Independence building, and Initiative implementation.
Partners examined the pilot training conducted in Sofia, which involved eight VET professionals from both countries in framework application learning. The review included assessment of dissemination workshops that reached sixty VET professionals across Poland and Bulgaria.
The meeting analyzed partnership collaboration processes, examining how cultural differences between Polish and Bulgarian VET contexts influenced project outcomes. The analysis documented collaboration challenges and resolution approaches for reference by other international partnerships.
Sustainability planning addressed network maintenance strategies for continuing professional relationships established during implementation. Partners discussed institutional integration approaches for incorporating project insights into ongoing organizational operations. The discussion identified potential future collaboration opportunities including funding applications, research initiatives, and service development projects.
Administrative coordination covered final reporting requirements and documentation completion procedures. Partners addressed intellectual property arrangements for project outputs, ensuring framework accessibility while defining continued development parameters. .
The meeting established continuation frameworks extending beyond the formal project period. The closure meeting concluded the formal partnership while establishing foundations for ongoing collaboration in European VET innovation initiatives.
The partnership produced the 3I Framework as a practical tool for VET professionals, conducted training for eight educators, and reached sixty additional professionals through dissemination activities. These outcomes contribute resources for European educational networks while demonstrating cross-cultural collaboration approaches in educational innovation projects.
